Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want The Screen Time Reset to make a real difference for your family. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, and no need to explain.

How to ask for a refund

Email elsghiarzayd@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund" and the email address or order number you used to buy. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card). Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Digital products

Our products are digital downloads (PDF), so there is nothing to send back. We simply ask that you don't keep sharing the file once you've been refunded.

Download problems

If your download link doesn't work, or you can't open the file, contact us first. Most problems can be fixed in a few minutes, and we'll send you a new link.
